Details
Cast basalt braking tile is one product with higher process requirement,especially surface porosity must meet the standard requirements, and melt & annealing temperature shall be adjusted accordingly in the process of concrete production.
We have a professional testing equipments to test surface friction coefficient, surface roughness, etc of polished braking vane tiles. We have rich experience in production, processing of the braking tile,and complete production and processing equipment.Also we can provide necessary on-site service according to customer's actual need.

Friction coefficient test methods
1、3 pieces for a group of pavement，distance between tiles is 8mm.
2、Ensure friction length is 126 mm while testing, Crossing interval between two tiles and groove of separate tile, The halfway point of the test point is located at the interval and grooves.
3、Test direction use two intersected direction, back and forth twice in each direction ensure that the four edges can be tested.
4、BPN values need to reach 30～35.
